York House 43      Killarney 24

Both teams struggled to score early on with the Tigers holding on to a slim 7-4 lead after the first quarter. Things didn’t open much in the 2nd quarter either but York House maintained a 13-8 lead at the half. The second half saw a flurry of offense as the Tigers extended their lead to 32-19. The lead continued to grow in the 4th as YHS cruised to a 43-24 win. Kristin McFarlane led the way for YHS with 17 pts and an impressive 8/8 from the FT line.

Kitsilano 27      Churchill 15

Once again both teams struggled to finish and the score was 5-4 Kits after 1. The game remained close with Kits leading 11-6 at the half. Shots started falling in the second half as Kits built a comfortable lead and went on to a 27-15 win.

Britannia 45       John Oliver 15

Britannia came out flying early and built an early 10-2 lead but the tempo slowed and JO hits some shots to trail just 18-11 at the half. Britannia opened things up late in the 3rd quarter 32-12 and went on to a 30 point win.
